For guidance, you can see the "Number of additional domains" column in the detailed characteristics table. If the number of additional domains is 0, then you can use only 1 domain, if it is 10, it means you can use 11 domains (1 main + 10 additional). You can host additional sites or other software on subdomains, which are unlimited for all plans.
Yes, you can use shared hosting for your email. What's more, your email will be with your own domain. Our plans do not place any limits on the number of mailboxes you can create in your account. However, keep in mind that mailboxes use the same disk space as anything else you have in your account, and it's a good idea to estimate how much space you'll need in total for your mailboxes and sites.

The difference is that both WordPress and most e-commerce platforms usually need more CPU to function because of the many plugins that are usually installed, as well as heavier database queries when users search , browse and order products. That's why in the "WordPress Hosting" and "Online Store Hosting" plans, we have provided more CPU minutes at the expense of disk space and the number of sites to offer a balanced price.
Yes, it's totally possible. Place an order for the hosting plan of your choice by selecting the "transfer existing domain" option during the order. After completing the order, write to our support that you want your site, domain and/or mailboxes moved, and we will do it for you completely free of charge.
The indicated price per month corresponds to the selected period. In case of prepayment for a longer period, the price has a discount applied for the period. All stated prices include VAT.
The specified monthly visits are indicative and are NOT a plan limit. The parameter is calculated based on a WordPress configuration with several of the most common modules and together with a working LiteSpeed caching plugin. With a well-optimized website, it is possible to achieve significantly more visits, and with poorly functioning modules, it is possible to achieve a significantly lower result. In the second case, our team is ready to help you with information and guidance on how to optimize your site better.
Jump.BG does not set limits on the number of inodes at the account level. However, it should be noted that such a limitation exists in the file system itself for the entire server. Our policy is to have a relatively small number of accounts on a shared server, as this gives better reliability and performance for your websites. Thanks to this policy of ours, on average Jump.bg accounts use no more than 30-40% of all inodes on our servers and we do not have a situation where the file system limit is reached.
It can only be installed on the "Online Pro" and "Online Ultra" plans due to a technical requirement of 2 GB RAM for normal system operation.
